Social skills, mentoring & community engagement in South Australia
Community Pathways
Community Pathways is a weekend mentoring program designed to support NDIS participants to grow in confidence, independence and social connection through practical, real-world experiences.
Real fun, real support
It’s more than just a day out. It’s a structured, supportive environment where participants can step into community spaces with guidance, encouragement and the right level of support, while still having fun.
Delivered in small groups, Community Pathways creates a safe and welcoming space where participants can connect with others, build social capacity and explore new experiences at their own pace.
Who We Are
Each session is led by experienced mentors and support workers with backgrounds in disability support, community engagement and strength-based development
We focus on creating inclusive environments where participants feel respected, understood and empowered to try something new.
We take the time to understand individual strengths, goals and comfort levels. Through positive role modelling and structured guidance, we support participants to build:
Trust
Confidence
Independence
Meaningful social connections
Our Team
Brooke Prichard
Founder & FacilitatorI believe strength is built — physically, mentally and emotionally.
As a mother, competitive strength athlete and community mentor, I know what it means to start from the ground up and rebuild confidence through consistent effort. My journey into strength sports began in 2021 after pregnancy, when I stepped into the gym to regain strength — and discovered a passion for pushing limits and showing up with grit.
Since then, I’ve competed across powerlifting, strongwoman and Highland Games, earning national rankings and world titles along the way — including a 335kg Viking Deadlift World Record and a 2025 World Championship title. But what matters most to me isn’t the medals. It’s the mindset.
Through Community Pathways, I bring that same discipline, resilience and belief in steady progress into a supportive mentoring environment. I’m passionate about helping participants build confidence, try new challenges, and experience the pride that comes from doing something they once thought they couldn’t.
Strength isn’t about lifting the heaviest weight in the room.
It’s about backing yourself — and building from there.
Founder & FacilitatorNico Marshall
I’ve spent my career supporting people through some of life’s most challenging moments — across government and private sectors, from frontline crisis response to long-term case support.
Today, I work in private counselling and coaching, helping individuals build resilience, manage stress and develop practical life skills. I create a safe, respectful space where emotions can be explored and processed in healthy, constructive ways.
My background includes qualifications in mental health, trauma therapy, neurodiversity coaching and case management, along with certifications in CBT, play therapy and first aid. I’m currently completing a Bachelor of Psychology, with plans to continue into a Masters in Clinical Psychology.
Through Community Pathways, I bring a calm, structured and supportive presence. I’m passionate about helping participants build confidence, strengthen emotional regulation skills and develop the tools they need to navigate community life with greater independence.
At the heart of my work is a simple belief: everyone deserves the opportunity to grow, feel capable and live a fulfilling life.
